Comfortable five star hotel, worth it

I arrived early, initially just to leave my suitcase, then wanted to walk around first. But it turned out the room was ready, and I was immediately allowed to enter the room. I was really happy. A small drawback is that sometimes the water for rinsing in the toilet suddenly does not spray up, but down. This is the toilet in the room and in one of the toilets on the second floor. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.

staying here is very comfortable... the room is spacious, clean, the staff are friendly and polite, there are many good facilities, the swimming pool is nice. Next time I go to Balikpapan, I will stay here again 👍👍

Thank you for the friendly service. When there was a problem in the room, they responded quickly. Asked me to go to the sky bar to expedite my order. I ordered pizza and waited about an hour.

One of the legendary hotels in Balikpapan with a unique and aesthetic interior, perhaps the service could be improved to be like the service of other 5-star hotels, and the breakfast is still inferior to several 4/5-star hotels in Balikpapan.

Recommended for staying with a fairly cheap hotel room rate

A pleasant experience, friendly staff, good rooms, cool air conditioning, and quite tasty food with plenty of variety. The only downside was the water in the bathroom was a bit yellow.

Impressive 2 day stay..

Breakfast menu, spaghetti sauce is lacking and bland, mashed potatoes are also bland, dim sum takes a long time to refill.

Repeat order for family staycation because of the delicious food, smiling and friendly hotel staff.

This hotel really needs big renovation, since all woods, furnitures, bath rooms etc are worn out.

The hotel with the friendliest staff I've ever met, happy wherever I am, I will be greeted politely by all the staff starting from the front security to inside the hotel area. The room is very big, suitable for those who bring children, the AC is cold. Suggestion, maybe add more pillows, if there are only 2 per room it seems lacking, especially for those who usually use high pillows, one pillow definitely can't sleep. Next time I will stay here again...
