Lack of variety of food at breakfast.

I think it's the most worth it hotel with all the facilities in the room plus a bathtub and the cheapest in Palembang.

The hotel is located in the city center, so it's easy to get everywhere. There's Pempek Candy and McDonald's nearby. It's easy to find food. The rooms are clean. I'll be back again soon, thanks.

The staff were all friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, the AC was cold, and the hot water was working. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants, clinics, and hospitals nearby. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke is strong.

I've been a regular here for a while, but the last time I got a room, the floor was peeling. The bathroom smelled. When I went to breakfast, everything was gone, and it took ages to refill it.

There's a great place to eat downstairs, and it's easy to get around. The hotel is clean, the food is delicious. The security guards are friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Yesterday, I got a room with a direct view of the main road, with a large window.

Check-in is early, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, and you can watch NHK.

During Ramadan, I had work to do in Palembang. I looked for a nearby place to stay. I ended up at Anugerah Hotel. The staff woke me up for suhoor. The menu was basic, but the hotel staff were friendly.

This is not my first time staying at Anugrah Hotel, this time I came to stay there have been many upgrades. The towels are new, the restaurant is comfortable and the food served for breakfast is varied. Check-in and check-out times are also good service, room cleanliness and what is very enthusiastic about staying at this hotel is the environment that is very supportive for us to stay here, there are fast food (McDonald's, and salon) very conveniences. Moreover, it is close to Charitas Hospital and Icon Mall. And no less important, the price is affordable, Good choice.. continue to be successful and always provide the best service for customers.
