Average hotel, not bad, so so lah.

Friendly staff, strategic location, clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff service was good, the room was clean and comfortable, only the breakfast was mostly finished at 9 o'clock and not refilled, but overall it was good.

Have stayed 3 times at Sutan Raja, always enjoyable. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, check in at 14.00 but can be earlier if the room is ready. The room is spacious and clean, the AC is cold, only in Room 127 the sink is a bit clogged and the cupboard door can't close properly. Overall good, room service is also fast. For breakfast, it is very varied, every day the menu is different and delicious. The best hotel in Kolaka...

The service is friendly, the room is clean, it's just that the bathroom still uses the old concept where there is no cover so the water goes everywhere, the security is not standing by in front of the door even though that is the first service when entering the hotel.

Lots of flies in the restaurant, and mosquitoes in the bedroom. There is no cover when bathing using the shower so the dirty water on the floor around the shower becomes slippery and dirty.

There are lots of flies in the restaurant, the food is not fresh, for example fried potatoes taste sour and boiled food doesn't taste fresh, other dishes are also not fresh and not tasty. The bathroom where the shower is located does not have a cover so the water from the shower is splashed onto other areas in the bathroom so that the floor becomes dirty and slippery.

Oh how she has fallen! I loved the Sutan Raja, when I got married in 2019, my whole wedding party stayed here and it was beautiful. I have stayed several times since and it has gotten less and less awesome during each subsequent stay. It appears that this hotel has not gotten the maintenance and care it needs to maintain such amazing facilities. This time, the deluxe room had mold all over the bathroom around the sinks and in the shower. Had I been staying more than a single night, I would have requested they move us to another room. The bed was still nice, and the air conditioning worked well (last time this was the issue, the AC blew hot,) the mini fridge was also cold and clean. I'm hoping this is just a random occurrence, because unlike the other items that have gotten less good since 2019, this could be a serious health concern. I will likely give them another chance and stay again, as this hotel will always have a special place in my heart, so hopefully this was a one off experience and the next time I return to the Sutan Raja it is once again as beautiful as it was when I got married.
