Tempat yang bagus untuk keluarga.

Kurang menurut saya dengan harga hampir 5 ratus ribu, fasilitasnya kurang,

Maaf ulasan jujur banget ya, (type kamar standart karena yang superior udah abis di aplikasi) AC bocor sampai kaya air tumpah diubin, shower rusak, tirai jendela copot, remot TV ga ada (udah 100000 x menit ga dikasih-kasih), kamar banyak semut, lampu cuma 1 dan agak redup. Wc kotor, bedcover yang di dalam. Lemari ada bercak-bercak noda.

Pelayanannya sangat baik dan ramah. Tapi vilanya sudah kusam kurang terawat. Dan penerawangan lampunya juga sangat kurang. Gelap sekali dibagian belakang dekat kolam. Tapi dari pelayanannya sangat baik.

Nginep 3 hari 2 malam, villa bangun lama, akses pintu belakang tidak bisa dikunci, komplen sampai berapa kali baru direspon, istri saya komplen ke resepsionis ada pertanyaan dari pihak ayuda dibilang saya pake promo, sebenernya itu ga etis, kamar yang ditidur anak saya seprei ada bercak darah ini diganti ga seprei ya? Fasikitas banyak yang tidak berfungsi shower nya rusak lampu kamar ada yang mati.

I was very happy to be entertained and satisfied staying at this place.

Arrived at the hotel at night and needed a shower. It turned out that the water heater gas ran out, info from the front office person. Since last night, we have been informed and have been back and forth 3 times to get a response. I didn't take a shower in the morning because it was too cold.

The location is good, the staff are very friendly. Just need repairs in the room, especially the sink in the room, many of which are porous and damaged.

The place is quite comfortable, but the shower can't produce hot water, it's broken, and the closet is also not comfortable. Hopefully it's fixed.

Overall okay. Spacious rooms. There's the swimming pool. The children are happy. Thx traveloka.

Lumayan buat bermalam hanya perlu di perbarui lagi agar suasana lebih estetik.

Overall harga 300rban itu sudah bagus, bangunan lama tapi suasana sejuk and juga gak jauh dari jalan raya, kamar bersih, karyawan ramah, kekuranganya hanya wastafel rusak tolong diperbaiki ya.

Tempatnya oke, hanya saja pelengkapan seperti kettel listrik tidak tersedia, selebihnya sih oke.

The staff is friendly but the room conditions are disappointing, the AC remote is broken, the blankets and towels have lots of stains. What's even more annoying is the hot shower just when it comes, at night and in the morning which needs hot water it doesn't turn on at all. The sink is broken, the cupboard is broken. Prices don't match.

Disappointed when I entered the first check-in, many complaints to the new reception were handled.

Disappointing. Will not come again. The water is small then the electricity often goes down. If there is hot water, but there isn't.

The sink doesn't work, there's no hot water, the bathroom is dirty and lots of ants, just checked in the floor isn't clean, the sheets and pillows have lots of stains, rain leaks, no wifi, the air conditioner isn't cold enough, so it's not really worth it for that price, service it's normal, there are items left behind that are still safe good 👍 Maybe not all rooms are like this.

Dianter to the resort room at 13.40. Explore the bathroom, there is a dead cockroach, a drop of tap water, the dirty sitting toilet is not comfortable at all. The bed sheet smells musty. AC not cold. At 15.00 came out for a while, came back at 18.00 the room was still not cold the water was still rich as before. Finally we decided to check out independently. There was no clerk at the front office, so I left the key on the room door. And it seems like I'm the only one who stays there. Please just fix it in the future. Thank You.
