This was my first time staying here. The service was excellent, and the rooms were classic and well-maintained. Hopefully, the service and quality will continue to be excellent.

It was a very comfortable stay here. Don't forget to stay at the Crown Hotel if you're in Tasikmalaya.

The hotel room was dirty and the floor was sticky, the bathroom mat was very dirty, the employee service was just so-so.

The atmosphere was comfortable, but slightly disturbed by the wedding. Hopefully, in the future, guests will be accommodated a little further away during such events.

This old-school, glorious hotel of its time is now poorly maintained, a bit creepy. The AC is broken, and the TV is old-fashioned. The solution is a clean swimming pool. Hopefully, it can be fixed. When you first enter the room, it smells of cigarettes.

Staying at a three-star hotel was indeed a bit cheaper, at Rp376,000 including tax. However, the room smelled of cigarettes, the sheets smelled of cigarettes, the towels smelled of cigarettes, there were no hangers (let alone a closet), there was no mirror (we had to buy a small one), and the air conditioning, although quite cold, was incredibly noisy. It was still better to stay at a guesthouse for Rp150,000.

very bad experience, booked room is different, AC is not working properly, water heater is not working. Room cleanliness is not maintained properly

The place is comfortable, clean, close to the city center. For a friendly price.
