The rooms are spacious and suitable for family vacations. The location is in the city center, close to everything, and the staff are friendly.

everything is ok, the room is big, the restaurant also has ok food, yes everything is ok.......the AC is cold, maybe what needs to be improved is the bathroom shower is starting to get clogged so the water that comes out is small and the hot water doesn't come out either or maybe this is because there are a lot of guests so the hot water capacity is not sufficient

- all staff are very friendly, ask to move to a room with a bathtub and they will help you immediately - clean room, spacious for a standard room type - the bathroom is quite spacious, the water heater works well - the swimming pool is clean, spacious too, child-friendly because there is a children's pool too. Unfortunately the water slide is no longer functioning - the refrigerator works well even though it is a bit dirty - the variety of food is not very diverse 🙏 - the door is a bit difficult to open and close

The staff is very friendly and the service is good

very pleasant for Family, kids friendly.. the breakfast is delicious and varied, the time to ignore is fast even though it's not time to check in.. it's just for security, what is the job of security? what I saw was they just sat there. didn't regulate cars coming in and out. even though the road was busy, I had a hard time going in and out but the security seemed to pretend not to see.. didn't regulate at all except those who took out money then they moved, other than that it was really good, definitely stay here again if I go to Cirebon

The room was spacious, when I arrived there were no bath towels (called housekeeping, I was surprised that the bath towels were rich even though they had been replaced). The toilet has mold, it's not comfortable. The window glass is dirty even though the view is towards the swimming pool. Oh, at night, after wandering around the hotel, the room door couldn't be opened, even though I called a technician first to fix it. There are lots of breakfast menus but the omelet is strange, cool and lots of flour.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when checking in.

The place is comfortable and clean, plus there is a swimming pool, which is the children's favorite, remembering that hotels always look for ones that have a swimming pool.

My suggestion is to update the facilities again...
