Comfortable and makes you feel at home, the staff are friendly... I want to come back again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. All the amenities are available, easy access via Google Maps, and the atmosphere is truly serene, especially at night. It's pet-friendly, so pets are allowed, but they must be supervised. Oh yeah, it was really cold from midnight until morning, reaching 15 degrees yesterday. 🥶 But it was fun! I recommend bringing a jacket and socks if you come here. There's also a mini playground, so the kids are happy. I stayed in two room types: Family 4 and Family 8. All the rooms were clean. Blankets and towels were provided, the water heater worked well, the pillows and sheets all smelled clean, there was a TV, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Overall, I was satisfied with the service at Bantal Guling Villa. If I have another trip to Bandung with my family, I'll probably stay here again because the facilities are quite complete, except there's no swimming pool. Thank you Bantal Guling Villa🙏

A place to stay that offers affordable prices. It's decent for the price, with a cool location, even though there's no air conditioning. It can be noisy, though, because it's located on the roadside. I stayed in a room for four people downstairs. It was comfortable enough, but noisy people upstairs could be a nuisance. For a budget-friendly stay in Lembang, it's quite good.

This accommodation is really the best.... The atmosphere is beautiful and very suitable for healing.

The location and views are great for nature lovers, as it's like being in the middle of a forest, which I really like. I've stayed here twice. The service is mediocre, as I didn't interact much with the staff.

Bantal Guling Villa, we took the Tebing Atas type for 3 days 2 nights, we were surprised that our room was next to the main road, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to sleep well, but it turned out that after closing all the windows and doors, it was quite soundproof. The whole villa is nice, bright, the view and the air are refreshing, but I want to give a suggestion for the 2nd room, I think the bed needs to be replaced.. because the springs are already out, so it feels like acupuncture hehehe.. guests from out of town need enough rest, one of which is the bed must be comfortable 🙏 the sofa also seems to need to replace the rubber 🤭

It's delicious, the surrounding environment is great, and the process is also very easy.

Not very clean, dirty, lots of dust

The sheets smelled of urine, so I had to cover them with a towel before sleeping. It turns out the sheets haven't been changed or washed. Please fix this.

The room didn't match the price, which was around 600 thousand rupiah. But the room was stuffy, dirty, with many broken tiles on the floor, a loose faucet that didn't produce hot water, a non-functioning sink, a hard bed, outdated bath towels, dirty and torn beds, and a musty, pungent blanket... Incompetent service.

The blankets and pillows smelled used, but it was difficult to get replacements because the staff were rarely on standby in the lobby. Even when called, no one showed up. Towels were available, though. I managed to get a new one, but one smelled like it hadn't been dried properly. That was because a staff member was passing by and was able to ask for one. The upside is that you can bring your pets.

The room was a bit smelly, especially the blanket and towels, which were really smelly. I ordered 2 beds but only used 1 for 3 people because of the room's atmosphere and the many animal sounds from the back balcony.

Recommended for family stays, only the toilet is slippery,
