The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always neat and clean, but the breakfast is just standard. It's cool now that there's a swimming pool and gym 👍. The location is close to everything, especially culinary spots. I'd like to remind you that if the hotel's rating and class improve, don't raise the price.

The location is walkable to everywhere because it is in the city center, comfortable rooms with friendly rates, okay so far.

I booked a suite. It was spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. It also had a bathtub. The food was delicious, especially the fried rice with galangal. I've stayed here twice. It's also very close to TSM Station and is in the city center.

The hotel location is OK, near Astro, next to the hotel there is a steak place, spacious parking in the front area of the hotel, there is a parking pocket for hotel guests, overall OK.

Staying at the Grand Metro Hotel Tasikmalaya provides a truly enjoyable experience. Check-in is fast, and the hotel staff is friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable for a good night's rest. The facilities are also well-maintained, from the bathroom and air conditioning to the stable Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast menu offers a wide selection of delicious flavors. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere makes it suitable for both business trips and family vacations.

For a 3-star hotel, it's pretty decent. The bathrooms are a bit unhygienic, with many rusty or old-looking. The hotel towels are a bit dirty, with yellow spots and a grayish color, making them a bit apprehensive when using them. Breakfast is more of a heavy meal with few options (as is typical for a 3-star hotel). There was an unpleasant experience there: during breakfast, my sister accidentally dropped two salt and pepper shakers on the table, and we were charged Rp 30,000 per shaker.

I used Hotel Harmoni because it was close to Tasikmalaya Heart Hospital.

Overall, everything is good, starting from the front office to the restaurant, everyone is friendly.

I've stayed at hotels many times before. This was the first time I brought two children for breakfast and had to pay in full. Even though my children are still young and rarely eat out, there's no policy here; they still have to pay. The room was noisy, with people staying overnight, but it sounded like they were having a party. Loud music from 12 noon until dawn. I've only been here once.
