Friendly staff, good service, and well-equipped rooms. The Wi-Fi is really lacking, perhaps because it's a smoking room.

The staff are friendly, they also give free gifts, but every time you want something at the hotel you have to confirm and ask for it (it's not directly available in the room), but the staff accommodates all requests, the parking area tends to be small, so it's difficult to get parking during high season.

A comfortable place to stay with family on special days.

The hotel is nice, clean, close to the town square, close to the culinary center, and close to the Pantura highway leading to Jakarta and the Trans Java toll road. The hotel is large with a kids-friendly swimming pool.

Stayed for 2 nights for a family event. Overall, the service was still good.

There was no signal in the room I was staying in so I had to use wifi

The AC is leaking and the hot water can't be used. The reception area is not pleasant when I complain.

The hotel staff is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the hotel is old but not bad... what needs to be improved is the breakfast which lacks variety and the dining area should be better arranged.

The hotel is good for transit, only the AC in my and my kids' room was less than cold, otherwise it was good.

The location is good and easy to get around. Close to the town square and several quite famous food places. The downsides are, there is no glass for brushing teeth in the toilet, the towels don't smell good (hopefully the towels are washed clean) because they are a bit smelly, the room is full of mosquitoes so you have to ask for help cleaning it, there is no wardrobe, only 1 access card if you want extra you have to deposit another 50 thousand. I have also stayed at a similar level in the area but the service was very good even though the price is expensive here. Maybe the management needs to be looked at again. 1 more thing, the swimming pool water is very dirty.

Pros: - The room is close to the parking lot, just go up once. - 24-hour parking and there are always officers on duty. - The room is quite spacious. - Large swimming pool. - You can order food at a good price. - Close to Alfamart, just cross the street. - Near the ATM. - Friendly staff. Cons: - Got a room with no windows. - The wifi is pretty bad. - The TV channels are pretty bad. - For some reason the mattress is wobbly. - Breakfast options are very limited.
