The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and aesthetic, the food is also delicious. The only downside is that they don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste.

You can check in early even though it is not the specified check-in time, and it is also easy to extend your stay.

The staff is very helpful, but the only thing lacking is the amenities. There are only towels and liquid soap.

CS is friendly, check in can be faster if the room is available, you can request a rice box for a dawn flight if you choose a room with free breakfast.

Lokasi strategis, dekat Indom@ret dan Alf@mart, dekat tempat makan, banyak kafe-kafe kekinian di sekitar, akses ke pusat kota dekat dan lancar. Kemarin ambil kamar Triple, kamarnya luas, bersih, AC dingin, air panas berfungsi baik, ad Lift juga. Sarapan enak, ragamnya sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Stafnya baik banget, ramah dan sangat membantu. Check in jam 1, sudah bisa langsung masuk kamar. Oiya, kamar tanpa teko pemanas tapi di setiap lantai disediakan Dispenser untuk refill air panas maupun dingin, unlimited. Istanaku makin mantap 👍 yang udah pernah nginap dulu-dulu harus coba lagi Istanaku reoprning 😇.

Jujur ini salah satu hotel yang aesthetic banget, aku suka tempatnya adem, bagus apa lagi kalau lagi sendiri ini ruang untuk hibernasi dan evaluasi diri yang baik dri hiruk piruk kerjan. Fall in love banget

I happened to order this for my father. Every time Lolak wants to go back to Surabaya, he always stays there first for transit, then the next day he flies to Surabaya.

The place is nice and clean, close to places to eat and have coffee and Indomaret.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, strategic location especially those who want to hunt by walking just walk.

For the first time, this stay continued to disappoint, even though yesterday it was safe. bathroom smells of dead rats, broken bathroom door handles, late check-in but just right until the room doesn't have towels. Service at breakfast is also very disappointing.

Shower is not good. A/C is not good too. Overall , regretfull.

It's a good place to stay. Nice and a clean place. It will be better if the breakfast menu can be improved in the future.
