The mattress is hard and non-smoking

Good service, pocket friendly.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The executive room is spacious as is the family room.

Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hot water facility in the bathroom did not work properly—the water only felt warm for about 5 seconds, after which it immediately went cold. In addition, the door to the room seemed to have a hole and was only blocked with paper, thus reducing the sense of security and comfort during the stay.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is also clean.

Everything is good, just need to fix telp extension in room. So, we can contact the operator/room service in hotel.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, not noisy, the room size is large.

My mistake, I booked the wrong date on the app and it turned out the option couldn't be refunded and rescheduled, in the end when I arrived I rebooked 😅.

Strategic location on the side of the road and clean and spacious rooms. Good at all. Parking location is also spacious.

Bersih. Rapi. Tenang. Mungkin next yg harus di perbaharui dari hotelnya adalah AC kamar. Krna AC ny sudah masuk waktu peremajaan dan kurang dingin.

The AC wasn't cold enough, the pillow was too weak/thin so my neck hurt when I woke up the next day.
