The staff were not friendly, when the soap ran out, they didn't bring it to the room, but we were told to go down to refill the soap.

The AC is really hot, only blowing air.

It's really okay to stay here if you're on a budget.

I thought the standard of Casa Living Setiabudi was the same as Casa Living Senayan. It was very different, breakfast on the 4th floor, no elevator, dirty room + dirty towels + furniture that should be thrown away, not repaired. No smart TV, wifi can't be used (the answer from the receptionist was not very good), gloomy bathroom, bad floor, dirty room paint. Just come here once, lol, if you find other bad reviews, just believe me, because it's true, hahaha

The room was compact, not large, but comfortable. It even had a smart TV. The food, while not extensive, had a variety to choose from. It was comfortable, and the service was friendly.

When I was in my room, I could hear people talking from the ground floor, even though I was on the 3rd floor.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the towels were clean, and the toiletries were complete. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to stay here.

Very comfortable staycation with family/friends, the hotel is clean with friendly staff, access to Central Jakarta and South Jakarta is very easy with the distance between the hotel and public transportation, next time maybe I will staycation here again

The price is cheap, but at least it's worth it. The shower in the room is broken, so it's like taking a shower, the toilet is very dirty, the stains are thick, the mattress is dirty, it's not recommended to bring children. At breakfast, there was no rice (they ran out), hehehe. Hopefully, it can be better, because housekeeping, receptionists, and security are only handled by one person.

Nice try, strategic location near MRT and Transjakarta stations. Perfect for solo travelers.

Hopefully the front desk staff can be friendlier and more informative in serving guests who will check-in (mostly the staff are friendly but it's really easy to meet some who are a bit less friendly during check-in). Please replace the sheets that have holes with sheets that are still usable and clean. The bathroom also needs more attention to the fragrance. Please also refill the soap and shampoo according to the type. Hopefully it can be better in the future 🙏🏻

Comfortable atmosphere, good service, and cleanliness. Parking is limited if you're using a private vehicle. Keep going strong, Casa Living.

I've stayed here many times whenever I have a work schedule in Jakarta, but this time it's quite disappointing. When I first entered the room, there were already a lot of hairs falling in the room and bathroom area. The floor near the wardrobe was also very dirty. When I entered the bathroom, the toilet was very dirty. There was only 1 amenity. There was no bathroom mat, when I asked the receptionist, they said there was no mat. Even though during my stay there, there was always a mat. There was also no TV remote, when I tried to turn on the TV manually, there were no TV channels at all. Even though Casaliving is always my choice when I stay in Jakarta because it's close to the station and the price is affordable, the receptionist is also friendly. But this time, it's quite disappointing.
