The room was clean and spacious enough, the swimming pool was clean as well. The receptionist is friendly and informative.
But the staffs at massage center can't give good information when I asked about the massage service.
Breakfast was dissapointing, can't enjoy it.

Try staying with family feels comfortable and close to aeon deltamas. There is a playground on the 2nd floor for children.
The breakfast is all delicious even though the choices are few

At 7am, there was only a little bit of chicken yakiniku left, the fried rice was hard, the heating heat was too high. Other than that, everything was 10/10.

The hotel service and cleanliness are good, the food is quite varied and delicious. The room is quite spacious and the facilities are sufficient, only there is no smart TV. What is very impressive is the honesty and attitude of the hotel staff because they contacted us because my ring was left behind. Thank you 🙏

The hotel is kids friendly because there is a fairly large playground and lots of toys. There is also a swimming pool if the children want to swim and are bored of playing on the playground. The food is delicious. Close to shopping center (Aeon Mall Bekasi)

Hotelnya ok dan nyaman. Makanannya enak. Hotel bersih. Tetapi ketika datang kolam renang tidak diinfokan kalo lagi sedang dalam perawatan. Sehingga anak-anak tidak dapat berenang selama di hotel.
