Nice place, nice for solo trip.

this place is not very good the staff are quite friendly but lazy the room very small and dirty bathroom dirty not happy pool also dirty I recomed staying else where don't waste your money the pictures look fantastic when booking but that's it

The villa is cool but the service is very bad, the villa is far from the crowd, quiet and there are many dogs around. When I entered there was no one guarding the reception, during breakfast the staff was called repeatedly until it was past 8 o'clock before the food was finished being made and even then the food was still far from decent for that price.

I booked the one bed room villa but they solded the room and change to other room.

Tempat di tengah hutan. Manajemen ga jelas. Booking 3 malam. 1 hari sebelum check out pagi-pagi di suruh pindah kamar dadakan mana bawa bayi. Harusnya dari awal check in dikasih tau kalo kamar yang di bawah hanya bisa 2 malam. 1 malamnya pindah kamar atau kalo ga 1 hari sebelumnya dikabarin untuk pindah kamar. Ini ngga. Pagi-pagi suruh beres-beres buat pindah kamar. Bikin emosi aja 🥵 mana tengah malam token segala abis tapi slow rest bikin istirahat terganggu. 1 jam baru diisi lagi tokennya. Anak-anak pada kegerahan.

Actually, I ordered an apartment type but they said it was full to move to a new building. Yes, everything is clean, comfortable, but there are no tissues, you can't get drinking water, the refrigerator is shared (outside), there is no TV either, the pool is also dirty like it hasn't been cleaned. The price is not much different from a star hotel, including the lack of equipment.

Overall okay, comfortable and clean. The only minus is that there is no sound privacy between rooms. So if the neighbors are taking a shower and talking they can be heard very loudly.

The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable.

Quiet, comfortable & quiet place. Good for those who want a staycation with a partner & don't like crowds.

The service is good, it's nice to be able to wash using the villa machine doesn't count, gallons of Aqua water are free to drink.

Sangat buruk, tidak sesuai harga, kamar kotor tidak dibersihkan, sprei tidak diganti, debu dimana mana, cukup sekali saja.

Sebenarnya kita booking untuk yang villa nya, tapi karena ada perbaikan tekhnis bagian kloset yang sangat urgent. Jadilah kita di gantikan dengan villa yang sama fasilitas private pool nya tapi berbeda lokasi namun hanya berseberangan saja. Sungguh saat stay di tempat yang baru rasanya jauh lebih fresh karena memang bangunan baru, lebih privasi dan staf nya Gek Fenny juga sangat membantu apapun yang kita perlukan.

The room ordered was damaged in the closet. So moved to another room. The replacement room is good, I just want to be in the first room. Overall cool, that's all.
