A simple hotel suitable for backpackers.

I am very happy with the service at this hotel and the hotel is clean and access to everywhere is good.

Actually the hotel is very good, it's just that it's very old, the room is okay, no problem, only the bathroom is not comfortable, once again maybe it's a matter of age and needs a lot of maintenance. There is no hot water for bathing. There are 2 bottles of mineral water, 1 towel, 2 sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste, 2 mini bars of soap. For me who is a backpacker alone and only transiting overnight to catch a flight tomorrow, it's okay. Worth it for the price. The breakfast is delicious 👍 👍

Very good and an interesting experience. Clean, friendly staff, good food.

The room is clean and with the city, but the laundry spray smells too strong, the pillows smell a bit like men's sweat. Clean towels. Soap and toothbrush toothpaste are available, minerals are available. The breakfast food is delicious. I like it. Wifi is also smooth. Thank you for your service.

Very comfortable and well maintained place

For the room, it smells bad, the AC is not cold enough, the shower is broken, when I wanted to check out at 11 am the staff was not there. So I had to wait for about 30 minutes.

The rooms are not clean and there is minimal service.

There were rats in the room, the toilet couldn't flush, changing rooms smelled of cigarettes, flushing the toilet still couldn't, but there weren't any rats anymore.

Air conditioner not working and they don't have any solution and the wall next to bed is dirty.

The room is so dirty, and many furnitures are broken, there's no light in corridor, and the bed is not comfortable. There are many mosquitos and disturbing karaoke sound.

Overall good, just not satisfied with the breakfast service. I stayed three times with my husband and children, it turned out that the children were charged for breakfast. The waiter said their SOP counted the plates so if one breakfast room uses three plates, you still get charged for the third plate. Even though a 3-year-old doesn't eat too much, I want to be angry but City Hotel Kendari, I don't know who's wrong, I don't know.

Shower faucet is not smooth, no hot/warm water for bathing, lots of mosquitoes.

Dirty, the mattress is a bit damp, the toilet door doesn't have a lock.

The hotel is not clean, towels are not provided, the water in the bathroom is very small and there is no hot water.
