Is it true that after checking in, we went to our room and found that someone was already in our booked room? It turned out that the person had entered the wrong room. It was strange, how could another room key fit in the room we booked? I wanted to exchange it, how could I use a room that had already been used? I asked for a room change, but unfortunately, I was replaced with a room that wasn't what I expected. The room I was given was small, the AC wasn't cold enough, and the air was humid. When I asked for another room, the staff said it was full. Then at breakfast, the staff quickly collected the plates, even though we were still at the table eating. 🤯 I think this will be my last stay here.

Very dirty hotel. Cockroaches everywhere. There are cockroaches in the front lobby, there are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom is smelly and cramped, the towels are torn. Really bad experience

My business trip experience was even more satisfying when I stayed at a hotel in a strategic location, very close to my office. There's an Indomaret right in front of the hotel, so I could easily shop. Food is readily available, and the hotel's atmosphere is quite comfortable.

With a room rate equivalent to a 3-star hotel, around 570 thousand per night, the breakfast lacks variety. The breakfast is equivalent to a 2-star hotel. Other things like cleanliness, service, and room size are still quite good.
