Pelayanan sangat buruk, Tidak Sesuai Aplikasi, Saya sudah pesan dan bayar via traveloka, sangat sulit untuk melakukan Check In 😭😭😭, padahal saya datang jam 2 siang tepat dan akhirnya saya tidak bisa menginap dan uang saya pun tidak kembali, 😡 😡😡😡, kalo pemesanan Via Traveloka tidak bisa, tolong jangan kerjasama dengan traveloka lah pak/ibu😞😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Not satisfied with the service. Asked for a king bed but was given a low one, it was broken which wasn't good, asked to change rooms instead he said this was indeed an online booking room👎

There is a cockroach in the room. Hot water is limited. Guards are not friendly.

Saya tidak suka menginap di hotel ini, pelayanan tidak ramah, ketus sekali berbicara nenek tua rambut pendek itu, pokok nya sangat sangat buruk pelayanan di sini, kamar nya pun jorok dan bau, minus sekali atitude nya! Kamar yang sudah saya booking satu malam, saat saya pergi mencari makan berani berani nya dia masuk ke kamar tanpa izin, pokok nya cukup pertama dan terakhir menginap di hotel buruk ini

Kita beli karena promo dan hanya singgah, sesampai di hotel karena di lihat kita beli dari aplikasi, kita di kasih kamar jelek jorok dan gak layak.

Kamar kotor. Sprei bau dan bernoda. Air panas di kamar mandi, tidak berfungsi. Pelayanan buruk, kasar, tidak ramah, jutek. TV di kamar juga tidak berfungsi. Dan lebih parahnya, di depan pintu kamar ada bangkai tikus. Kecewa! Masa iya agen online berpartner sama hotel seperti ini! Tobat dah!

Cleanliness is lacking, hot water cannot.

I booked a standard twin room, but was given a standard single room without any amenities.

The water heater is lacking, the others are okay. The staff is a little friendly, the problem is they don't smile.

The hotel has been booked with the price in the application when I want to check in, the price immediately changes to a 100% increase with the reason that the weekend doesn't end up coming in.

Kamar sangat tidak sesuai dengan foto yang dicantumkan. Dinding kamar jorok, banyak bercak noda menjijikkan. Sprei, sarung bantal bau dan banyak noda. Kamar banyak debu. Tempat tidur pernya sudah rusak, ditidurin langsung ambles. Buat yang mau stay di sini saya sarankan untuk pertimbangkan lagi.

Air panas tidak berfungsi, listrik sering padam, kebersihan kurang.

Oh my God, the room is very very dirty, Black ant everywhere. And the bathroom many ant in the water heater and the wall too.

The staff is friendly. At first we were in room no. 1 but the sink was clogged, so moved to room no. 7. The room is damp, there are drips of water from above in the morning. The condition of the room is a lot of dust and is not comfortable. Hopefully it can be fixed in the future.

The room was beyond expectations, not as good as pictured & I was charged an additional 50 thousand cas for an unreasonable reason.

The room smells musty. Very dusty room. Dirty bed linen. Dirty floor. There are no toiletries and free minerals like Oyo in general.

The bed was hard, couldn't rest well, the sheets were dirty too.
