From the start, the early check-in was very good. However, the room condition was very unsatisfactory. The mattress was very unclean and ITCHING. However, after complaining, the staff was very quick and efficient.

Budget hotel in the mall area is clean, lots of places to eat and easy to order transportation online.

This is my second time staying here because it's so comfortable. Keep it up.

Comfortable hotel, close to the mall, just walking distance, the menu in the restaurant is also delicious, the view from the restaurant is nice. However, the rooms on the second floor are a bit noisy because they are next to the train track.

I booked the price of 200, it was very worth it!! The room was big, clean, the shower was strong, there was hot water, minus the noise of the train because the room was near the train, but the location was really good inside Paskal, there was everything, cafes, bars, malls, next to Indomaret and Lawson.

the place is close to everywhere, in front of Ruhai lobby (Paskal 23 mall), very strategic, for the food the yellow rice is a bit too salty huhu so far okay, bf menu (nuggets, fried vermicelli, yellow rice & white rice, eggroll rolado if I'm not mistaken, papaya fruit, there are 2 drinks orange juice & water, there are bread tea etc. not bad hehe, there is soto, the bf place is also okay and close to the train, the price matches the quality, the staff are friendly 🤏🏻

Very strategic location, close to shopping centers.

The location is good, just cross directly to Paskal 23 Mall, near the train station too. But getting in and out of the hotel is not convenient because you have to pay parking fees for taxis to drop you off. The room is okay, but the bathroom is lacking.. the facilities are also lacking, there is no water heater in the room, shower cap, toothbrush, etc. Please pay attention to the towels, the color is already dirty. But overall, it is worth it because you get a promo price

This hotel is strategically located, within a mall complex with numerous dining options. The price is affordable, considering the amenities. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Bandung.👍

I stayed here for two nights with my mom, my mom was sick and using wheel chair, all though there's no facilty for disability, the staff were very helpful, the best part here is the rooftop restaurant, we enjoy breakfast with view

A spacious and comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and well-functioning air conditioning, along with soundproofing, ensure a restful sleep. We wake up refreshed and able to fully engage in our activities. The complex offers a very attractive and pleasant environment outside the hotel. In the morning, we can walk around the hotel, on Sundays, there's a service in the surrounding complex, and we can go to the mall at 10 a.m. The environment is conducive to our desired activities and creates a happy and optimistic atmosphere.

Comfortable hotel close to entertainment facilities

So far so good, just for check in time please consider. At 2 minutes to 5 I couldn't check in, even at 2 I still had to wait. Not only me but there were 3 other customers waiting too

Good hotel Very spacious room only the bathroom is a bit lacking everything is cool what's more the breakfast place is cool on the 8th floor with a view of the city of Paskal 23 the breakfast is also delicious
