The food ordered through room service is delicious. If the swimming pool could be improved to be warm, it would definitely be more crowded and fun to stay here.

It's my first time staying here so I don't know which room to choose with a good position, because each room has a different view.. I should have chosen one near the swimming pool and the beautiful hill view.. The food in the restaurant that we ordered from the room was delicious, I didn't expect it to be so delicious.. The only downside is that the swimming pool water is very cold, if the pool had warm water it would have been more fun to stay. There are not enough clothes hangers in the room, and there are no hangers for towels in the bathroom either.

Clean room, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, only got a room facing the street, so it was a bit noisy, and the wifi didn't work during our stay at the hotel, the wifi needs to be improved and repaired.

Yesterday I took a super deluxe room with free breakfast. I was a little disappointed with the food. In terms of food, it was a bit lacking. There were only a few variations. The side dishes were only bean sprouts, corn fritters, and sweet and sour chicken. Hard donuts. There were only 3 variations of cakes. The fried rice was a bit bland. Even though I don't like salty food. And the other food was pretty good so I didn't comment anymore. Even though on TikTok when reviewing the breakfast, there were many variations of the menu. When I arrived yesterday, I was disappointed. I've been to several other hotels. They always include free breakfast too. There are many variations of food. So there are many choices. That's why I really love this Ariandri hotel, the view and service are very good. But the food is lacking. Hopefully, it can be improved in the future.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The atmosphere is calm, cool, and naturally fresh. The breakfast is delicious. There are many choices of heavy meals, snacks, and desserts. Cool!

The hotel is budget-friendly, the hotel staff are friendly, the breakfast is quite good, the swimming pool and the beautiful view make my child feel at home and want to come back again. For the deluxe room, the only problem is the room lighting is a bit dim.

I found one staff member who was not very friendly, but overall the other staff were all ok.

All the staff are friendly and nice, but the swimming pool is dirty, lots of people swimming and lots of foam, as if there is no water circulation. Please rebuild the swimming pool so the facilities will be better.
