The hotel is very spacious. If you book a junior suite, you have to walk about 100 meters to the restaurant and about 200 meters to the swimming pool. It seems like this hotel has been operating for a while, as the building still has an old-world feel. Breakfast was a bit lacking in variety, perhaps because I checked in on a weekday. The most satisfying part was the pool area. There are plenty of play areas and rides for everyone from children to adults. The air is cool, and the grounds are clean. The rooms are spacious, and there's a dedicated in-room Wi-Fi modem, so there's no lag at all. The TV is old-fashioned, but it has channels from various countries. The bathroom is quite clean and has hot water.

Have stayed here several times, both hotel type and cottage type, more recommended cottage type, the room is more comfortable and clean, the location is also closer to the restaurant and Water Boom. What makes me come back here is definitely the facilities including Water Boom tickets for 2 people, the kids really like swimming in Sangkan. Road access and parking are very good, and another plus is that there is a Horse Stable for those who want to learn horse riding complete with a trainer at a reasonable price.

For those who stay there are free waterpark & horse riding facilities. The blanket of one of the twin beds had dirt spots, after the staff complained immediately replaced it with a new one. For me the perfume of the blanket on the double bed was a bit pungent the room AC could not be turned off, it was always on (this one did not complain to the hotel, only information when checking out). The breakfast menu is quite varied but the taste is B fried rice the rice is a bit dry/hard, like cheap rice. Overall, the condition of the inn is quite good, will be back to stay here

the service is very okay, the staff are friendly, the place is comfortable, the location is the best, but it's a bit dirty so when you arrive you have to call the room service to clean the room, there are lots of black ants everywhere, maybe it needs some repairs, the AC is not cold enough and leaks. but luckily the air outside is cool.

The hotel and the room are nice, clean and fragrant. The hotel staff are very friendly. It's a shame the WiFi signal is not strong enough. The sink lid is a little damaged. You can't open the LG if it's already closed. Overall, this hotel is good.

location, atmosphere, nice hotel environment. nice and friendly staff, spacious place, suitable for family, wide room can add extra bed if father mother and 2 children + get free voucher to ride horse around the hotel and waterpark. The only minus is the taste of the food. I ordered for dinner: chicken soup is too salty, white rice is hard, seafood fried rice taste is mediocre and does not match the name.

With many cottages and hotel rooms and full of guests. While the restaurant only provides breakfast from 07.00-10.00, the food served is limited, so those who come after 09.00 do not get food. Arriving at the hotel almost Maghrib time, it turned out that the hot water was not on until the next morning. I happened to bring 2 children (who ended up not taking a proper bath that night). Sadly, I wanted to extend but it didn't happen. Can you imagine the cold air, taking a bath with cold water. The team from Sangkan was actually very good and fast response. It's just a shame that the technical issue was not handled quickly enough.
