Anyway, I've been staying here for 5 days.

Okay good, good price and cleanliness

Friendly staff, fairly clean rooms, daily cleaning service makes you comfortable.

First experience staying here, great room service and strategic location. Hopefully can visit Lombok again and it seems like will choose to stay here.

Awesome! The hotel is as expected and can be accepted in very good condition. Categorized as a 2-star hotel, but after trying it directly it turns out to be more than that. The price is relatively cheap to get facilities like this. Highly recommended for visitors from outside who want to vacation in Lombok 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Bookings from apps are said to be considered the same. There is no king size bed. So you get a separate bed. Good location, at that time it was a bit noisy because there was a disability event, he said. Just standard restaurant food. But it's better than nothing.

The AC is hot, the hotel is next to the NTB Regional Police, the sniffer dogs are already making noise at 3 am.

Close to the city center and Mataram city shopping center.

The accommodation is very comfortable. The staff service is good & friendly. It will be an option to stay overnight on another occasion.

The mattress had lots of bed bugs on the pillow. Honestly, I was really disappointed that I couldn't sleep on the mattress because my body was itching all because of insects and bed bugs.

At room 316, air conditioner was not cooling. Wifi cannot get, need to go to lobby to access, lift under repair, need to use stair up. I had changed to other hotel nearby after 30 minutes check in after the receptionist allowed. Can online agent refund me the pay.

So far semua bagus di hotel ini, cuma yang mengganggu gonggongan anjing. Kayaknya di belakang hotel ada penangkaran anjing.

Ini kali kedua saya menginap di Mataram Hotel Square. Kali ini, kamar yang saya tempati AC nya bocor, kamar mandinya bau, wastafel bocor, dan dinding kamar mandinya masih ada debu yang menempel. Namun, pelayanan resepsionisnya ramah dan mau memenuhi permintaan saya. Segera tolak jika anda diberikan kamar nomor 218. Semoga pihak hotel mau memperbaiki permasalahan ini agar tidak terjadi pada tamu hotel yang lainnya. Terima kasih.

Lokasi cukup strategis dan kebersihan maupun tempat parkir cukup oke. Harga bersahabat sesuai dengan kantong.

The ac is not cold. Room size and cleanliness is ok. Service is also ok.

Kamar bersih dan luas, tersedia air panas, tapi sayang pas booking kita pesen yang 1 bed tapi pas check in malah dikasih yang 2 bed, alasannya kamar penuh tapi sepi-sepi aja saya lihat 🙃. Terus agak berisik karena tepat di bawah kamar ternyata kandang anjing pelacak polda.
