We ordered 2 triple bed rooms. Plus: we can check-in early, enough mattresses for 3 adults and 1 child. Our room is right in front of the swimming pool, close to the mini market and easy to buy food. Minus: service to local guests with Caucasian guests is very different. Very friendly to Caucasian guests but even jutek with children. Reprimanded silent. It's very racist. Water in room no. 31 is very smelly. Like the smell of rotten eggs. Breakfast only fried rice or fried noodles. Warning: this hotel also rents motorbikes. We did not know and had already rented a motorbike and also had an unpleasant reprimand. Overall will not stay here again.

Strategic location, easy to find halal food, near the airport, good service but unfortunately the room floor is not clean and the water in the bathroom smells of mud.

The homestay likes the hotel so the room very clean and very comfortable. Check in and check out quickly. However I had booked the breakfast at 5.30am but the reception told me that they can't prepare the breakfast for me at 5.30am due to their restaurant work at 8.00am. My room had paid including the breakfast. (i mean breakfast not free).

They not clean the room. Toilet smell bad. Ac make lots of noise we complain but no action taken. Towels old and dirty. Have to walk out of the room to fetch hot water from the dispenser.
