Overall okay and nice, clean and beautiful

The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean.

Still ok if it's just for transit.

Old hotel, not well maintained. The only advantage is because it is located at the main street.

Old hotel, but very spacious rooms. Access on the provincial highway. Suggestions for improving hotel maintenance and rejuvenation. Because it's a shame, in terms of strategic location, spacious and clean rooms.

Purposely stayed overnight in Jimbarwana because I was going to cross to Gilimanuk. Thx Jimbarwana.

Strategic location, large parking area but security is not on standby to help the vehicle when we are going to exit the hotel area. The room is comfortable, quite spacious. Hot water works well. Sharp check-in time must be at 15.00 (too strict), if the guests are full it might be okay. But if there are few guests and there are ready rooms it should be easier to enter first. But overall ok.

Staff was helpful when we checked in at midnight.

Hotel has a large parking area which is great. Staff are friendly. However the issues started with the lift, the lift smell of old and mould, the buttons on the lift doesn’t appear to be working properly. The room is tired, need a decent paint and proper clean up. There’s a chip on the wall in the bathroom, the room smells of mould and not fresh. Initially the aircond felt very cold however from the first night the aircond was not cold. There is NO balcony!! Just an empty garden bed. Bed is soft (too soft) and cloth and decoration pillow smells and doesn’t appear to have been washed in a while ! God knows what’s on them. Location is great and staff are friendly - however apart from that - I wouldn’t recommend it Thanks

This is my second time staying here

The hotel is nice, it's close to the crossing but it's a bit scary because it's quiet, especially when passing the stairs, why are all the warehouse doors open and not closed, so it's scary, it feels like passing through a morgue 😭 and for the food, I immediately wanted to throw up when I found worm eggs on the stems 😭😭😭 maybe next time I'll pay more attention to cleanliness

Due to low occupancy, when I stayed here the breakfast was not buffet. There is no smoking room. But this is one of the best hotels in Jembrana

Lots of ants, dirty bathroom, pretty good location. Hopefully there will be investors who can scale up this hotel

Cheap prices do not necessarily mean cheap, this hotel is really affordable, besides the good service, the rooms are also comfortable.

Strategic location and very friendly staff. The deluxe room was spacious with a lot of storage space. However, it can be improved a little. The bed sheet seemed to be washed but it was not very clean as I found many strands of hair, and the toilet seat was slightly broken.

Hotel staff is unprofessional. No one helps to bring guest's belongings to the room.

Comfort & strategic location. Keep for services as well.
