Friendly staff, fast staff response, strategic location, close to busy center, easy access.

The hotel staff are all friendly, the service is good.

Great location right in front of Sultan Mahmud Riayat Grand Mosque, lots of places to eat & night culinary. The ceiling has lots of leaking marks, small windows, little breakfast menu (according to the room price).

The right choice to stay in Batam.

AC room 120 is not cold, moved to room 223 bathroom the sink leaked.

The water tap leaked so the bathroom floor was slippery.

Many bed bugs and many cockroaches running around makes you cannot sleep well. No hot water provided as this system was out of order.
