1. Check in, the room is not ready. We went first and returned to the hotel at 9 pm, ordered 2 family rooms for 4 adults/room. - The room door could not be locked, called the technician had to go down the stairs to the foyer and finally it could be locked. - Only got 2 towels, the reason was full so the stock was not enough. - There is a refrigerator but no power outlet is provided, the reason is the refrigerator is not part of the facilities. - Soap and shampoo dispenser, the soap is empty, asked to be filled, the answer: no shampoo. Then what was in the shampoo turned out to be soap. Okay, asked to be filled even though we don't use hotel soap and shampoo because we usually bring our own. 2. Day 2, left in the morning and came home at 8 pm, the room had not been made up. - Went down the stairs again to the fo to confirm, the reason was that it was too crowded so it was not rushed/missed, there was no list? - asked for towels and mineral water for H2, they were also sent even though it took a long time for each room, 2pcs. - tried to use soap in the bathroom, it turned out it was not soap but clothes freshener (it smelled like molto) 3. The stair area was dirty with lots of dust and lizard droppings, like it was not maintained. 4. The bathroom had no ventilation/blower, so every time I entered the room I smelled an unpleasant odor.
