The first night I stayed in room 102, the lights went out. The bathroom was gushing water. When I moved to room 104, the sink was gushing water. The toilet wobbled, making it uncomfortable to defecate.

The staff service is good, but the towels are really smelly and dirty, like a towel mat, and the pillows smell of drool, the room is damp, the wifi doesn't work at all, if you get a room on the 1st floor, don't take it, the worst room in a hotel I've ever stayed in, it smells of mold, this is the first and last time I'll stay at this hotel.

Overall, this hotel is nice, close to the beach and Jalan Legian, but I had an unpleasant experience while staying here. I left something behind and asked for it to be sent to my address, but I still haven't received a response. Even though I stayed there for quite a while, I was disappointed that they weren't trustworthy. Be careful, if you leave something behind here, it's certain to be lost or not returned.
