The staff service is good, but the towels are really smelly and dirty, like a towel mat, and the pillows smell of drool, the room is damp, the wifi doesn't work at all, if you get a room on the 1st floor, don't take it, the worst room in a hotel I've ever stayed in, it smells of mold, this is the first and last time I'll stay at this hotel.

Overall, this hotel is nice, close to the beach and Jalan Legian, but I had an unpleasant experience while staying here. I left something behind and asked for it to be sent to my address, but I still haven't received a response. Even though I stayed there for quite a while, I was disappointed that they weren't trustworthy. Be careful, if you leave something behind here, it's certain to be lost or not returned.

The bathroom water felt oily and slippery on the skin. There were no bathroom amenities (only towels). The AC was cold, and the hot water worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 1 day for 280,000 Rupiah for 1 adult. The water heater isn't electric, so don't expect it to be hot. The exhaust is dead, and the shower wastewater is stagnant. Entering the room is damp and smelly. It takes a long time to get a TV signal.

A terrible experience staying here. The refund for the extra charge per person for the additional two people, 200,000 Rupiah, was not paid. There was no confirmation at all after the agreement expired. How can you treat customers like this? Calls and WhatsApp messages were not responded to at all. The bathroom also leaked into the main room without any extra towels. Truly disappointing.
