need a lot of room renovation to make it look bright!, the bathroom also needs to be repaired, the types of food menus are added to make them more varied and the serving and cutlery can also be improved. the beach is nice and clean. the hotel atmosphere at night looks dark.

The AC fan cannot be adjusted to a low level so my child caught a cold and vomited, and the window curtains are not good enough to completely block out light from outside.

the hotel is overall ok. quite pleasant to stay here because it can directly access Bandengan beach. for the pool is actually quite good but the water is not clear. for the bathroom towels maybe can be replaced because the material is not very absorbent, not like in hotels as usual. next time will come back here again.

We stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Jepara, hoping to enjoy the beauty of Bandengan beach. However, because it was the rainy season, we couldn't enjoy its beauty. Hope to visit this place again another time.

Price: with quality and price it is quite expensive, the resort next door is cleaner. Location: strategic, but the maps are misleading, because the location is on the edge of the Bandengan entrance, yesterday a large group went straight into Bandengan by 20/person

In my opinion, the 2 nights experience here were less impressive in terms of room conditions, especially at the lowest rate. The pictures on the app are not the same as the original. The pictures on the app are in good condition and the pictures are beautiful. But the actual condition of the room is old and damaged, especially at the lowest rate. Finally, after checking the original, I upgraded to a deluxe executive room. But it turned out to be the same. The condition of the shower was disconnected but not replaced. The door. The toilet could not be opened, sometimes it got stuck. And the glass in the bathroom was transparent and the paint was peeling off. So when taking a shower, it could be seen from outside the room. I isolated it using 4 x 8 paper and duct tape. The condition of the TV was also on and off, the digital broadcast. I asked the housekeeping to come but it was still the same. The point is, compared to the price of 1.3 million per night, it was not comparable. In terms of swimming and beach facilities, it was okay. Regarding the swimming pool, there were 2 incidents where people almost drowned when they entered the 1.7 meter depth area. There were small children and adults. There should be a limit. The food is frankly too expensive. For capcay the price is 60,000 and the price of 1 plate of rice is 18,000. With a standard taste. Next time it might be better. The expensive price is not comparable.

I have often stayed at Palm since 2017, the place is okay, the staff are okay, I used to have breakfast anywhere and it was delicious, the last time I stayed there was on November 25, 2024, but when I wanted to have breakfast near the swimming pool, it was no longer allowed, even though I just wanted to take pictures.

Homey resort and large public area with poll, beach, bar, garden. The bedroom is quite large but the cleanliness of the room should be more considered. Great experience and love this place🌊🌴🥂
