This is definitely value for money. Bathroom and towels are worn out, but overall clean. Nice view to mountains from the cafe at lobby level. Spacious parking, including motorcycle parking with shelter (limited). Breakfast menu is good, and taste is also good.

Confirm with the customer before checkout time, do not enter the room directly, it will damage privacy.

Got a recommendation from a friend in Garut, who said it was a good place to take graduation photos. I didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be quite good, and it was cool because there were lots of trees, which was really nice to look at. I booked the orchid room and it turned out to be at the front of the room so it wasn't far from the walk. The room was neat and clean, the bathroom was clean, and everything worked well. However, the TV had very few channels, and the WiFi didn't work even though I was given the WiFi password. Overall, it's okay, but it could be improved.

Perfect for a honeymoon, comfortable, quiet, and cool. Highly recommended.

The room was dirty, the bathroom glass was cracked and only taped, the swimming pool was dirty, not the same as on social media, the WA/IG telephone service was very slow to respond, there was no reply.

The place is nice, quiet, cool. But for the room, please tidy up the cloth on the bed and don't use it, because it gives a spooky impression. Overall good

No wifi during my stay because the wifi is down/broken. No phone in the room, it was difficult to reach the receptionist/room service, since my room was a bit far from the lobby. The swimming pool was small and the water is green. Not so many variation for the breakfast and the food was not so good. I hope there will be an improvement.

The toilet in my room wouldn't close, and there were no tissues in the bedroom or bathroom. Not to mention, I took a shower at night, only to find out that it needed help to lift it. The shower head, covered in hair and held in place by a rubber band, was very distressing. The TV was off, and the bedroom door was difficult to open. Not to mention the odd placement of the electrical outlets.

Keep improving the quality. The atmosphere is pleasant, comfortable, and cool. However, when we ordered room service, there was no response. In the end, we canceled.

The hotel staff is friendly, the environment is beautiful, there are lots of great photo spots, the rooms are spacious, the restaurant menu is quite tasty and relatively affordable, but... The room cleanliness is still very lacking. The sheets and towels need replacing because they are faded and yellowish. There are lots of gecko droppings, such as on the sheets and table. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, as there's a lot of dust stuck to it. I got a room with a toilet that couldn't be flushed. I didn't want to get angry, so I asked for a bucket and ladle instead. The Wi-Fi was down, and the staff said it had been down for two days. In the morning, I saw a snake in the fish pond near the balcony. Please check it out, as I'm afraid it might hurt a guest. Please improve, especially the room cleanliness.
