Everything was fine: friendly staff, clean, strategic location, and decent breakfast. The Grand Deluxe mattresses are outdated and uncomfortable, but the Deluxe rooms have much better mattresses. Hopefully, they can be upgraded.

Based on my experience in a satisfactory budget room, the suites are definitely better. In Serang, this is the only hotel I recommend to travelers. It has ample parking, a gym, adequate room service, and all suites include complimentary breakfast.
