The staff is very friendly and helpful, the ambience is comfortable and peaceful, one of the best vacation stay experiences in my life, ordered a villa with a jacuzzi, it was so much fun soaking in it with lots of people

The location is nice & comfortable, the air is fresh & natural, the food is delicious, the restaurant is nice & spacious, the service is good... it's just that the toilet in the room doesn't have a drain on the floor, so the floor gets flooded & there aren't many power outlets.

If you like a traditional natural atmosphere, quiet/calm and green, this place is perfect. Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is very calming, only at night the ambient environment is dark, because the hotel environment is very large and the lighting is lacking. The swimming pool is nice, when I arrived there was no one swimming, so it felt private and close to the room. Delivery to the room using a golf cart and our car in the parking lot. I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience—there are some positives, but quite a few areas need improvement. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room and surrounding areas was not well-maintained. Certain corners looked dirty and neglected. The gardens and plants around the hotel also seemed uncared for, which is unfortunate because with a bit more attention, the greenery could really enhance the overall atmosphere. I really had room with the good view, directly to golf area. Another downside is that the restaurant is not available on regular weekdays, which can be quite inconvenient for guests who prefer to dine within the hotel premises. At night, the hotel feels very quiet and the lack of lighting along the pathways makes it feel unsafe and unwelcoming. On a more positive note, the jacuzzi in the room was a highlight—it added a nice touch of relaxation to the stay. However, spotting a crawling creature on the wall was quite off-putting and took away from the comfort of the room. The best part of the stay was the golf area in the morning. The fresh air and peaceful scenery were truly refreshing and made for a beautiful start to the day. Overall, the hotel has great potential, especially with its natural surroundings and amenities, but it needs serious improvements in cleanliness, landscaping, and lighting to provide a more pleasant guest experience.

Hello...it's actually nice..quiet and the room is spacious.... But coincidentally my room's jacuzzi doesn't work properly...the flush on the toilet also has a little problem.. The back of the bathroom is very dark...that's what makes me shudder...but overall it's good..fun...the AC is also cool..the hotel staff are all friendly...please just pay attention to the room facilities...especially the jacuzzi Thank you

The villa is very old. And not well maintained.

The villa design is very comfortable, with a nice golf view. The service is also very good.

Everything was actually good, except that there were animals (geckos) in the bathroom area where we stayed, and the closed area did not drain water smoothly so the floor was slippery.

For those who like a calm and comfortable atmosphere, you can try staying here, the rooms are spacious and clean, the service is very good, all the staff are friendly and always respond well, 24-hour pick-up service, the hotel is very spacious & there is a restaurant if you are hungry, you don't need to go far from the hotel, recommended for family vacations

Great space for family nice natural view

There is a jacuzzi facility in the room which makes the kids happy 😘.

Actually this is the second time we have stayed here, but unfortunately when we stayed here for the second time, the facilities were not satisfactory. For example, when we complained about the AC not being cold, the officer checked and made repairs but it was still not cold, when we asked for a solution, it was only answered because the weather was extreme so the AC could only be that cold and one more thing, until the evening and morning it was very noisy with the booming sound of the speakers because there was an event from an agency so that the comfort of the guests was disturbed. Maybe it can be input for Finna management, thank you

The villa is very creepy, horror, and not maintained. I checked in at 16.00, checked out at 19.00. Many villas next to it are damaged and abandoned.

Can check in early, the best top room service, helpful solutions. Unfortunately the building is poorly maintained even though the facilities in the room are complete. The most special is the jacuzzi. Can be repeated to stay again. Hopefully the maintenance can be improved. Same as the bathroom roof, please be able to close it or something, because it can be seen from above when in the bathroom :).

It's amazing. The place is very comfortable and clean. The atmosphere is calm. The breakfast menu is all delicious.

The hotel rooms are very oldies. The TV is not a smart TV, the environment around the room is dark, quiet and lots of leaves, it looks unkempt. The view is also lacking. But the staff is alert and friendly. At first our room didn't have a cold AC, so we finally moved rooms. Rooms are very spacious. It's a little dark.

Suitable for those who like tranquility. It's cool here, there is a swimming pool but it is poorly maintained, maybe it is rarely used because there is a jaccuzi in each room. The rooms are spacious.
