I was very satisfied staying here. The room is spacious, with a balcony overlooking the zoo. Complete amenities. At night, it's not crowded, just the sound of animals, hehehe. Batu Secret Zoo and the Animal Museum are also close by. In the spacious parking area, there is a food area and a market too, but it's only open in the morning and evening. At night, there are also many food stalls in front of the JTP area. Don't worry about getting hungry 🫠😍

Staying at Pohon Inn was fun. The staff was friendly and it was clean. The food was delicious, and you could enjoy watching the fish and leopards. The rotating tables made the kids happy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Malang. It's addictive 😊

Unfriendly, especially the female staff. It wasn't explained that they were supposed to get a discount voucher and that they could get it before check-in. When buying tickets at Eco Green Park, the staff said they were supposed to get a voucher, not just register. Even though they had registered at the reception and were directed to marketing. When they arrived at marketing, they couldn't buy directly at Eco Green Park. So they had to go back and forth. At the reception, they were told to wait until 2:00, and at 2:00, they were told to wait another 15 minutes. The food was mediocre, but the good thing was that you could eat at a rotating table while watching the animals.

Visit Batu Secret Zoo and stay overnight at the hotel. Tickets are valid for two days, so if you're tired, you can rest at the hotel and see the animals from the hotel.

Satisfied with the hotel facilities at Pohon Inn: it's cheaper, the room is clean, and the balcony view is beautiful. The extra bed is nice, not flimsy like the hotel at Jatim Park 3. I also got the benefit of being able to access the Secret Zoo for two days, so I didn't get tired and had a great time. Good job 👍

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The location is within the JTP2 complex, so you can rest for a while and then continue your stay. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and offer excellent views. Amenities are complete. Overall, highly recommended.

A stay here, a wishlist from my youth, finally came true. It was totally worth it, with the price of 875 rupiah on a weekend, a deluxe room for four people and two toddlers. The kids loved seeing monkeys, leopards, and bears coming and going. Room 411 has the best view, allowing for clear and fairly close animal views. It also provided access to JTP 2 for two days. Eating at the Jungle restaurant was a memorable experience.

The location is very close to Jatim Park 2. If you stay here, you can still get a discount to Eko Green Park.

Overall, I was very satisfied. After wandering around the zoo all day, I immediately checked in. The reception staff and bellboys were all friendly and helpful. The lady who made the eggs at the egg station was very rude, and even slammed the plates on the table. When I asked for more eggs, her face was even more rude. When she handed me the eggs, she was incredibly rude, and of course, without a smile. It was a shame, it ruined the service of the other very friendly staff. Hopefully, this will be evaluated soon.

Pohon Inn is strategic if you really want to explore Jatim Park.
