I stayed in room 408. the bathroom lights were dead, there was no trash in the room, the bed was dirty full of stains. Usually hotels that are collaborating with Oyo rooms are comfortable for resting, but why is this hotel so below standard?

Air shower is small, room is not clean, access to a room is leaking when it rains, automatically dangerous.
