The AC is really not cold. The hot water doesn't work even though I'm staying with my kids, the hot water doesn't work, the TV only has 4 channels, the TV is really old, room 210

The location and place are very strategic and good, overall good

Bukit Dago under 400 already get breakfast, this is almost 400 there is no breakfast and the WATER HEATER is not working, if you want hot water, they say you have to wait for a set hour but when you wait it's not hot or even warm. The water in the bathroom is also clogged, it takes a long time to flow, so when you take a shower it takes a long time to flow

Clean place, comfortable, decent service, wife's signal is poor, bathroom is ordinary, hot water doesn't work, food is ordinary, if you can cook, don't cook it like a warteg because the price is quite expensive, why not arrange food, thanks

Perfect hotel for family in Bandung

The staff is friendly, they gave me breakfast even though the order didn't include breakfast. The painting of a person in the room is scary, it would be better to replace it with a landscape painting. There were cockroaches coming out of the drain, the shower was broken and there was no hot water.

Couldn't expect more, considering the price offered. But the hotel facilities should still be maintained. If only they were, maybe the AC in my room wouldn't leak so much. Other than that, nothing special, just comfortable.
