1. Hotel staff = friendly, especially the security guard is very helpful. The agility of the hotel staff is lacking, asking for a bathroom mat and towels was only sent for 2 hours
2. Location = very strategic, easy to find
3. Service/facilities = Wifi in Villa 10 does not reach the inside, only outside the villa. Hot water is not smooth (fighting with other residents). For villa rooms, access is not friendly for the disabled and elderly. Lots of stairs
4. Cleanliness = poor mattress cleanliness, sheets seem not to have been changed, there are hairs and pubic hairs, and spots. Even during high season, changing sheets etc. should be mandatory.
