Friendly and close to Gedung Sate.

Hm untuk harga segitu parah sih, closet mampet airnya hitam, kamar panas acnya gak dingin dan bocor, kamar sempit, pokoknya bad experience ever deh nih hotel maaf ya saya biasanya jarang complain tapi ini parah maaf.

Room is smelly, no water in closet reservoir I had to fill it up every time I use it. Pillow and blanket a bit itchy, maybe because the room hasn't been used for a long time. For this kind of hotel, the most important things are cleanliness and functionality. Not services and amenities.

TV location is too high, room is clean.

Booking for 3 rooms but 2 AC rooms were damaged so I had to move rooms and 1 room also the toilet did not flow.

The family room is actually quite comfortable, the room is spacious and there are 4 beds. but there is something quite disturbing, namely the presence of puddles at the entrance. Inundation is reflected when the AC is turned on (see photo). I have been plugged in because of this. This problem was submitted to the receptionist but there was no action, just given the mat. I submitted a room but I couldn't. The cleaning service response is very slow. I asked for the pool to be dipped but it was almost an hour waiting for no one to come. For rooms with a price of 700 thousand / night (the price of the Traveloka site), this is very disappointing. oh yes, this is in room 325. In another family room I don't know whether something similar happened or not.

For the room, it is nice, clean, the hotel is good, only the service is lacking, to drain the water out a little, please check the toilet again.

Just ordinary, 1 staff is not friendly, 2 room facilities do not meet expectations, AC is not cold, no sandals. The single bed linen is not fragrant as well as towels. The hotel might be suitable for backpackers
