Due to the reason that there is no information from Traveloka, the bed is 2 beds (even though I ordered 1 large bed) even though if it is clear that 1 bed is already sold out, it is acceptable

First time staying here, everything is good. Friendly staff, good food, comfortable room, the hallway is always fragrant, cold AC, delicious breakfast. Still get a complete breakfast even during the fasting month. I have been to Purwokerto 3 times and tried different hotels each time but Java Heritage is the best and most comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Purwokerto. Thank you.

The staff was very informative and helpful. They were able to accommodate our request to have early check in. They provided 2 pax of welcome drink which we can claim in the bar / lounge while waiting for our room to be ready. Such a great service.

It really feels like a 5 star hotel, with a luxurious feel in every corner and complete facilities.

I was here last month. Doing the booking direct at the hotel. This time I book via app, to my surprise I got a very different room and the location is far away from the main building. I don't know why. Some staffs say it is becoz I didn't do the booking directly
