Clean hotel, close to public facilities, affordable price.

The price is very affordable, you could even say it's cheap for a hotel in front of Manado's main shopping center & in Manado city center.

Nice and comfortable. Recommended if you're visiting Manado.

The cleanliness is not good, especially in the bathroom / toilet, there are spider webs and cockroaches, so the cleanliness needs to be paid attention to again and the sink needs to be repaired because the water doesn't come out and the shower in the bathroom when I stayed there wasn't one, so it needs to be paid attention to again and it's useless in the room there is a telephone but it doesn't work, maybe it's broken or the receptionist doesn't want to pick up the phone because no one picks up the phone at all, so please pay attention

I asked for connecting rooms but there weren't any, they were on different floors, and one of the rooms smelled of urine when I first entered and there was a problem with the AC, lots of mosquitoes.

The bathroom wasn't very clean because there were spiderwebs and cockroaches, and the water in the sink didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work either, or the receptionist wouldn't answer the phone. Especially pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom 🙏🏻

The hotel is great, every time I go to Manado I always stay here.
