The first day of staying was still safe, but during breakfast the rice was grainy and seemed undercooked and had to tell the F&B department directly, as a result the rice was replaced again. Next the room asked for cleaning because the stay was 2 days, but when leaving the key it had been told to the receptionist to be cleaned, as a result when I returned the hotel around 9 pm I entered the room and it turned out the room had not been cleaned, meaning what was the morning shift receptionist doing. As a result, a gentleman came to clean the room, but it was a pity because it was late at night so he only asked for mineral water and a change of towels and a sweep (Thanks to the gentleman). And please if you work in the lobby, be more focused, don't be busy playing on your cellphone. I apologize because this is my experience and real, not an exaggeration. Thank you
