The rooms are nice and comfortable unfortunately the smell of eucalyptus oil, maybe in the future please pay attention to the cleanliness again, thank you.

The second day of stay the room door lock was broken, we had to wait 2 hours in the lobby while we just needed to rest, thanks.

The room was clean, the clerk was friendly, near the city and quite close to the shopping center.

The receptionist was not friendly and doesn’t care with guest. I just come to there in afternoon the receptionist was play the phone even we ask her. And after that in the evening there’s another receptionist and this receptionist was same with the before one. This guy playing games even we ask nicely to him. He only playing game.

Very dirty hotel. Employees are not sensitive. I ask for help to enter the goods to the car but silent just open the door do not mw help angkt goods. The cleanliness is also very bad.
