Cheap room rates, fairly clean rooms, friendly service, strategic location, lots of culinary places around the hotel, the downside is there is no hotel restaurant like before, hopefully in the future there will be a restaurant... amen

Overall good. It's an old hotel, but it really just needs to be maintained.

Strategically located near Ketapang Harbor, perfect for a 1-2 day break during a vacation to Ijen Crater Banyuwangi or Merjangan & Tabuhan Islands.

Denied check-in due to booking the wrong date and no rescheduling or refund, even though we were all the way from Bali. Very disappointed!!

Suitable for families for recreation

When I wanted to park inside, I was told to park outside, which was quite far from the room, and the service was lacking. I had previously requested a clean, fragrant, and cool room and bathroom, but when I entered, it smelled musty and dusty, the bathroom was full of grime, and the AC had only just been turned on.

actually the hotel is good. with a price that is very worth it. the location and the surrounding environment are also good. access to the city is close. the swimming pool is nice and clean... only for the room facilities that are not optimal. the floor is a bit dirty and the bathroom is not very clean. maybe because the hotel is old and not well maintained. the TV and AC remotes are also difficult to use. the water tap is also broken. and comes off. it would be better for the room lights to be brighter... so that the room looks bright and the impression becomes new and clean

Overall the service is pleasant, the location is strategic, the downside is the restaurant is closed for quite a long time, so we couldn't have breakfast...

The hotel staff is very friendly, and the room is very comfortable, but I'm sorry the bathroom is not very clean, and earlier when I came the sink was dirty, there was still water left and it was dirty, and there was a lot of trash on the bathroom window 🙏🏻

It says non-smoking but there are cigarette burns in the drawer

The first time I wanted to stay here, I booked the wrong date. So I can't give much of a review because I haven't had the chance to stay there yet.

Highly recommended for transit stay in Banyuwangi.

With this cheap price we can get complete facilities such as TV, AC, hot water, & a large swimming pool. The hotel atmosphere is also nice and shady because there are many plants. The only drawback is the cleanliness and the renewal of some facilities. Success for Mahkota Plengkung, hopefully it will be even more crowded.

Spacious room but very old, a bit gloomy in the room. Spacious parking lot, no restaurant. Luckily it was just a transit there, a bit less worthy to be called a hotel.
