Just entered there was a cockroach on the bed.

The room lights were off, spray l, dirty pillows and mattresses, the old AC timer died. It's overheated, there is a deposit as collateral.

I stayed 3 nights there. The whole experience is terrible. I had to change the room 3 times before getting the proper one. In the first room, the lights of the toilet is off, so I moved to the second room. In the second room, the AC is not working properly. It was so hot there, so I asked to move to another room in day 2. Then I was asked to move to the room I placed before. They promise they will change the light with a proper one. In this room, again, the AC was not working properly. It was so noisy. I complained again, and then I was asked to move to another room, which I think a better one.

Disappointed. Got a room in the building behind room no. 42 floor 4. 1. The sink water does not flow, so the water settles in the sink for a long time. 2. The bed linen + blanket of the room was very dirty, there was even a kispray bottle in the room. 3. The towels in the room have an alcohol smell. 4. The bathroom door cannot be closed & the first time you enter the room, there is a smell of human waste. I have been to Belitung 4 times, specifically to Manggar, but this time I was really disappointed with the service from Oasis. The receptionist does not give a good impression to guests. Please the hotel management, so that these complaints are immediately followed up.
