The room very spacious compare to other hotel in the same class. It's clean , great AC with complete ameneties . The staff is friendly and very helpfull. lots of stores within distance. I really enjoy the Rooftop restauran at night. I will recommended this hotel if you want to visit Lampung.

Breakfast no variation, very noisy outside the hotel room. The hallway lights to the elevator are dark like a haunted house.

The room size and window view are very spacious, also the bathroom and water are very clean. The rooftop is really good for relaxing in the morning/evening, the recommended food when staying here is toast. Minus and also as a suggestion, only the AC is not cold enough, maybe it can be serviced/replaced to a new unit.

The hotel staff is very friendly, smiling a lot. After rebranding, it is more fragrant.

It was a pleasure staying here, close to the city center.

When entering the bathroom, the shower was broken. I tried to fix it but it didn't work, so I moved to another room. Even then, the shower was still leaking here and there. The mattress had already sunk a bit, and the springs weren't working anymore. An old hotel that needed a lot of repairs.

service pelayanan staff sudah bagus, tipe gedung sudah lama, tapi manajemen sudah berganti, sehingga menjadi lebih modern, lokasi sangat strategis, di samping hotel ada SPBU dan mesin ATM, seberang hotel ada 2 store oleh2 lampung, samping hotel terdapat alfamart, kamar sangat luas untuk one bed size, terdapat jendela juga, ada lemari, kaca besar, dan pemanas air, untuk bathroom, terdapat hot water, tetapi tidak ada kulkas. minus nya adalah cuman satu, untuk kasur tidak terlalu empuk, busa kasur tipis, jadi agak berasa per kasur nya saat tidur. overall cukup bagus untuk menginap selama 4 hari 3 malam.
