Good and pleasant service

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The laundry service did not deliver on time as they promised me. Breakfast food was not good.

The room is messy, take an expensive room. The service is not okay. It's a hassle to bring a baby, even though there is a housekeeper in front of the lobby smoking, the code to open the door was ignored. The air conditioner in the room is not cold, it was fixed but had to be turned off first even though there was a baby. The engineer came to the room, just tapped the door without opening the door, and left immediately. The water was running, the bathtub was really dirty. The price was reasonable, the price was 2.5 million but it was like an Oyo hotel. The baby's voice could be heard from another room. It was really traumatic to stay in this hotel!!!

The restaurant ran out of food and was late in refilling it even though it was still 9 am. The problem was that I had already paid an additional 75 thousand rupiah for two children, and when I went in, the food was empty. The food variety was also lacking. The bathroom sometimes smelled, and the dry area was flooded because there was no drain in the dry area/toilet, so water splashes from the wet area ended up in the dry area.

Comfortable, safe for rest, strategic

We booked the junior suite for our 9 days of staying in Banda Aceh. The hotel lobby was pretty nice, cool, and comfortable, but inside the lifts and each corridor on each floor was so warm and stuffy, no fresh air circulation! This is really bad! In our junior suite room, the bed was nice, clean, and comfortable, the towels were old but was okay. So many damages in the bathroom, the sink was leaking, the toilet bowl was damaged, and the water from the bidet was so smelly (but after I reported the damage, they directly did repair here and there, and at the end, all was working). The big room has two huge windows, but unfortunately, the windows can't be opened, so imagine living there for the whole week with no fresh air circulation! This is bad! The huge curtains and the wall around the windows smell like an old humid building, so I appreciated it if I didn't open the curtains at all. The air circulation was so poor!! I hope in the future they do something better for this matter. The staffs (over-all was so friendly and helpful). And the location of the hotel is strategic and excellent!!!

nice and clean, I think the breakfast is lacking

because of flood and landslides in several areas in Aceh, the electricity in Banda Aceh experiencing outages and most of hotels are using electric generator. when we arrived in the hotel at night around 8.40 pm, the electricity was shut off due to overheat from the genset have to wait for 30 minutes until the genset can be re-operated. We expect that we can have a good rest once arrived in the hotel, but we have to wait around 30 minutes in the dark and lots of mosquitos bite us. In other hotel they usually have maintenance time for the genset in the morning (usually 10 am-12 pm), why this hotel have to maintenance the genset at night when it is dark and not in the morning/noon when there is sunlight that can replace the light from electricity. we also had bad experience during breakfast where the foods were run out but the hotel staffs seems do not have the intention to refill it. we already asked her many times about the refill and she said yes it would be refilled soon but until the breakfast time almost over, the foods were never came.

The toilet smells bad. It looks clean but still has a foul smell, as if there are leftover waste stains. The towel also has visible dirt marks. The toilet in the lobby was also dirty. However, the breakfast menu is quite tasty and appealing. Thanks for that. Everything was good except for the smelly toilet and the dirty towel.

a bit disappointed, because I wanted to go to the Grand Mosque for the morning prayer, but the driver wasn't ready
