This is a standard room. Upon arrival, you'll receive two bottles of water, rose tea, coffee, and other amenities. The twin beds are quite comfortable, but the sheets need some attention. The bathroom unfortunately has a puddle, so if you use the shower, the water splashes will pool in one spot. The biggest downside is probably the dark lighting, either due to the positioning of the lights or because the lights are simply dim. You also need to think twice before turning on the night light, as it makes a buzzing sound like unstable electricity. Otherwise, it's okay; the location is strategic and quite close to everything. It's not too far from the airport and malls. The air conditioning is cool.

The room was not as pictured, with water leaking onto the mattress, and the pillows were poorly maintained. The room felt awful, as soon as I entered, it smelled of cigarette smoke, and the AC was not working properly. I found cockroaches. Highly not recommended. The service was unfriendly, with the housekeeping staff being the friendliest, despite being in the service industry, not providing the service they deserved. Even the room photos didn't match the actual room, which is odd. What's so hard about taking photos of the actual room? As visitors, we'll compare it to a room that meets our needs. I've only stayed here once, and I'm fed up. Even upgrading to the highest room was still unsatisfactory. I only took one shower that night, and the next morning it was leaking. Luckily, I moved hotels on the first day. If I hadn't looked for alternative hotel bookings, it would have been even more frustrating. I was planning on a vacation, but instead I was thinking about the hotel's unpreparedness. It was terrible and I'm so sorry I won't be booking again, and even though I intended to stay for 5 nights, I ended up having to move hotels on the first night. It ended up being a double booking because the hotel was in such poor condition.

It was exciting and sudden due to the Sumatra electricity blackout, thank God the hotel was nice and cool, so we had a pleasant experience.

It could be better, if the facilities in the hotel are improved, such as the AC remote battery, telephone connection, want to order food in the room, there is no updated menu list, stayed 4 days in a twin room located in the middle, the room is a bit cramped, if possible before guests enter the room, check and ensure all the facilities in the room are functioning properly and complete, it's a shame that the hotel app already has ⭐️⭐️⭐️, and the location is strategic because it is close to Awal Bros Hospital. For the others, it is good, hopefully in the future it can be improved even more 😊
