Overall it's good, but there is no coordination between the night shift and the morning shift if there is a continuation of the room reservation for the next day so that the previous deposit is not recognized as an existing deposit (there is proof of deposit) with the reason of asking the hotel staff who only deal with the morning shift and the night staff still asks for another deposit or the customer leaves an ID card, so it is very ineffective for service.

The room smells of massage oil, ordered food and the change was not returned

The hotel location is very strategic, close to restaurants and many choices of places to eat, the rooms and toilets are clean and the breakfast menu is delicious and varied. The hotel staff are also friendly and very helpful.

The location is quite strategic in the city, but unfortunately the rooms seem simple. Standard seating, tables too. There are few ornaments, no bedside lamps. There are also no reading lamps. The bathroom is quite clean, the curtains are a bit dirty. The toiletries are okay. The bed is comfortable, the AC is cold. But what's interesting for me is the delicious food. I ate fried rice, noodles, small fritters and chicken. Everything was delicious and the spices were tasty. Then I ate chicken porridge. The porridge was delicious and the toppings were tasty too. This is great. Oh yeah, the restaurant is quite spacious. The parking lot is also spacious for cars and motorbikes. I recommend the restaurant but I don't recommend the rooms. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.
