Overall the service is good and worth the price paid.

For those looking to stay overnight, especially those from out of town, I recommend this hotel. The receptionists are very friendly.

The room is quite spacious for one person, nice, clean.

The AC isn't working properly, and the door is broken and won't lock. Choose or order a single large bed, but you'll be given a double bed.

Stayed here because of the Sumatra blackout. Booked two rooms because we were a family. The first room had no problems, just dusty. The second room was hot because the AC was not working and the lights went out due to electrical problems when the generator was on or off. Both rooms had no windows because we booked standard rooms. No shampoo was provided, so you had to buy or bring your own. The receptionist was friendly and responsive when we reported the electrical problem in the second room. The hot water was not working.

I stayed here because the power was out and it was close to home. The generator kept going out repeatedly, and I don't know how strong it was. But there were two prolonged outages during my stay, and it went on and off more than 10 times. Staying in a hotel meant avoiding power outages, but it ended up being the same.

The room was soundproof, quiet, and peaceful. The staff was friendly. The toaster was broken, so I was a little disappointed when I wanted to have breakfast.
