The hotel is on par with most 3-star hotels. If you have a little extra budget, I recommend upgrading to Terra Cassa, which is under the same management as Kusma. At Kusma, the taps only have cold water, no hot water. So, prepare your rhino skin if you shower in the morning or evening. There's no coffee or other supplies in the room, just two 600ml bottles of Vitamin Water. And although the mattress is very neat, the pillowcases smell of cigarettes and perfume. Perhaps a higher-class hotel like Terra Cassa would have stricter supervision and quality control of its employees. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

This was our first time here. The hotel grounds were nice, and the facilities were excellent. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean and very cramped. Furthermore, the air conditioning was completely non-functional. We complained to the staff, but no response. Finally, we opened the vent above the door to relieve the stuffy and hot air. Air conditioning maintenance is very inexpensive.

The AC is not cold, but they ask me to explain the technical aspects, there is no solution.

The location is close to Bandungan town square, just a short walk away if you want to grab a bite to eat or a snack. Parking is available directly in front of the room, and the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. 👍

A pretty good hotel, close to the town square, and with plenty of culinary options. However, the junior suite was close to the main road, making it noisy with traffic, making it difficult to sleep, and being disturbed by the traffic noise. The pool water was cold, so the kids didn't dare swim. Food was reasonably priced.

Food prices are relatively affordable, not much different from street food. Air conditioning, water heater, clean rooms, and a TV... it's convenient and close to Bandungan town square, so you can grab snacks in the town square area on foot at night.

It's very close to Bandungan town square. Dinner and breakfast are within walking distance, and there are plenty of culinary options. There's air conditioning, but since it was already cold, I didn't need it.

Fix the AC in the rooms; it's noisy and not cooling. Buy a new AC every five years. New technology like inverters can also save electricity and improve hotel customer satisfaction.

The hotel staff was very helpful, and even lent me a power strip. I booked a 1-night stay for the 2026 Chinese New Year weekend. I booked the Azalea room and got rooms 402 and 403. They have a connecting door and can be opened on request. The room is not soundproof, and traffic noise can enter the room (the room is located right next to the main road). The bathroom mirror light in room 403 doesn't work. Hot water is available. Parking is available. A swimming pool is also available. Overall, it's okay and comfortable for a family staycation.
