Recommended place, spacious room for 4 people. The glamping area is separate from the hotel, so the restaurant facilities are not included. I stayed on a weekday so it wasn't too crowded. The room was clean, and the bathroom was great. Suggestion: For glamping like this, it's best to have a generator ready so that if the power goes out again, the backup lights can immediately come on. Overall, it was a fun stay. Best of luck with your Sabda Alam glamping.

The place is comfortable and the staff are friendly.

We stayed at Anggun 16. Pros: the staff were very friendly and honest. I left my wallet in the room and they sent it to me. Cons: the bathroom was dirty, the water dispenser and refrigerator needed replacing, they were noisy at night, the water dispenser made a noise by itself as if it was being used, and the bed covers were dirty.

In my opinion, the room was not very clean. The refrigerator was dirty, the Wi-Fi was not available, the floor was peeling, and the bathroom facilities were not very clean. The water took a long time to warm up.

The staff is very friendly, fast response, the room is ready to be cleaned, you can move in straight away... even though it's not the right time, yesterday you checked in at 12.45, kids friendly. Next time I want to stay there again

Worth it to stay here, strategic location

The hotel is okay, there are many types, cheerful rooms, standard but worth it for that price. Plus got 2 free water park tickets. Kd was very happy. The swimming pool is warm and hot. Highly recommended

the hotel staff is communicative, friendly and helpful. the hotel facilities are quite complete. the food is varied and tastes quite good. will definitely come back here if I go to Garut.
