In the previous Traveloka application, I had requested a request to be decorated with writing, but at check-in it wasn't there.

All in all, it's satisfying, but the variety of food, especially the heavy meals, is lacking.

When we arrived at the location, it wasn't check-in time, but the receptionist informed us well and contacted us when the room was ready. Likewise in the morning, we were asked what time the cleaning would be, and we also checked to see if we had left any items behind. We got free tickets to the water park, and the hotel's swimming pool is also nice with warm water, a gym, a spa, and so on. Perhaps the breakfast menu needs to be improved to have more flavor and variety.

The place is comfortable, the view is beautiful, and the service is good. Perhaps a suggestion is to have a more varied breakfast menu and improve the quality of the food, both in terms of taste and texture. And another suggestion: add a canopy to the glamping lobby so we don't get wet during drop-off. I'll definitely come back here next time! Oh yeah, thanks, Mas Apin. He's very friendly.

Nice, clean pool, nice resort atmosphere

In our opinion, the holiday there was fun because of the glamping atmosphere, food was easy to order, if you wanted to watch TV there were no restrictions at all, so you really felt at home, and your child loved swimming there so he wants to go back on holiday there again.

Booked two rooms for my parents and my uncle, they all were very happy and satisfied with their room and facilities. Will definitely come back again!

I brought my extended family and was very satisfied staying at the Asri Suite. The breakfast was also delicious. Hopefully, I can come back next time.

The view is great, only slightly disturbed by construction. The swimming pool, located in the area, isn't heated; if you want to warm up, you can go to the hotel area or use the Jacuzzi. The rooms aren't soundproof, and you can hear the noise from the water park (open 8am-5pm).

We had a lot of problems, getting hot water for the bathtub and then for shower. The water pressure was not very good, which made it very difficult and took a long time to clean ourselves. I didn’t have enough water to take medicine in the morning and I was told I could not have a bottle of water..

i was staying at Suite Asri. Old building with smelly toilet... urggghhh. but i think that is expected since the villa stands above dirty lake. I needed a villa with 3 bed, so yuppp not many choices in Garut. The receptionist when i checked in was very very rude, looks like she is forced to do her job. I wish i noted her name. The water dispenser was dirty, many white little things floating in the water... yuckk. Although the warm bath was nice, and the view quite good.

The hotel room was dingy, with floors that looked like they hadn't been swept, leaving dust on the soles of your feet. There was a lot of dust under the mattress.

Try staying here, which is reportedly trending. We chose the glamping family (Aira) type, which can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. We got 2 king-size beds. We got Aira 9, so the mountain view was a bit obstructed. We got a free ticket to the water park, which is only good for one use. It's located next to the hotel. There's a swimming pool and jacuzzi inside. Luckily, we didn't come during a holiday, so we really enjoyed it; it wasn't crowded. The room was a bit hot in the afternoon, as it's a glamping type. There is air conditioning. At night, it was quite cool. The food was delicious and varied. The staff was friendly. I'll probably try again another time.
