Thank you for spending the Nyepi holiday with us, and we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while staying at our Villa. Our Wi-Fi is already with a network speed of 50mbps through our Indihome provider and we have reported regarding your complaint whether there really was a network problem during Nyepi. The water that smells bad from hot water has been followed up that day by our staff, that is because the water heater in the right room has been reset so that the thermostat and elements do not heat the water, we are sorry this happened to you, the water must be flowed until drain all odors out, just like when the water turns off then when it turns on the water becomes cloudy. We need to convey this so that there are no misunderstandings, and we really appreciate your feedback so that we can be even better in providing services.
