Staff friendliness, agility (for receptionists and room service) are very good. The hotel location is strategic, the room size is quite spacious, not too narrow. The drawbacks: the towels and sheets are very bad. I was even given a towel that looked like a rag. Asking for a replacement immediately, it was a little okay. There are already many stains. The sheets are also a bit black, there are stains. If these 2 things can be replaced, it would be very good. Breakfast can be improved in terms of taste, more variety, and please speed up the refill of food. For the egg and pasta station, I think there should be more people. It was just right that we stayed there because the hotel was full. So when it came to breakfast, everyone seemed slow.
