The hotel staff is very friendly, a request for late check out because I wanted to pray Dzuhur first could be granted, the room and bathroom were clean and tidy.

Staff friendliness, agility (for receptionists and room service) are very good. The hotel location is strategic, the room size is quite spacious, not too narrow. The drawbacks: the towels and sheets are very bad. I was even given a towel that looked like a rag. Asking for a replacement immediately, it was a little okay. There are already many stains. The sheets are also a bit black, there are stains. If these 2 things can be replaced, it would be very good. Breakfast can be improved in terms of taste, more variety, and please speed up the refill of food. For the egg and pasta station, I think there should be more people. It was just right that we stayed there because the hotel was full. So when it came to breakfast, everyone seemed slow.

Check in at night at the Burza hotel, the check in process was quite fast, the FO staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite clean but the bed sheets were stained and a bit dull, needed to be replaced. Amenities were quite complete and there was hot water. Quiet environment near the Jogokaryan Mosque. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained, overall the service and service are still satisfactory. Continue to improve and fix it in the future

Actually the hotel is good outside the lobby, only the room floor is not clean, there are small cockroaches, the yellow shower faucet is not noticed. It's a shame that the goods are good, but the cleanliness supervision is not noticed.

My second time staying here, the ambiance is good, even tho some of the staff are a bit cold, but still good experience, the second time i went here by car the parking even tho the space are big, but kinda hard to move around due to limited space to turn the car around, and the helper are not always available. And the room not so sound proof, even tho the noice come from upstairs neighbors
