This is the 2nd time my family and I have a special birthday vacation at Queen Of The South, at the beginning of check-in, I just found out that the room I booked was quite far from the pool so I asked for an upgrade and got Anggrek 10, served by FO Gara, and I was already half past 5 at the hotel, because it was my birthday I asked for help to write my request on the apps and I was rejected 😭😭, I asked for help several times but was still rejected 😭😭, thankfully there was Mbak Shinta who understood my condition and had also upgraded, finally Mbak Shinta granted my request and asked for time to prepare it and yes the result in the room was enough to make my birthday worthwhile 🎈🎈
The view is definitely very beautiful and beautiful ❣️
But the RESTAURANT is very slow, just ordering Iced coffee with milk in the lobby while playing billiards took 25 minutes and I had to reorder it at the restaurant, also an additional Milkshake arrived 15 minutes, I don't know what the cause is even though there aren't too many guests in the lobby who order 🙃
RESTO during Breakfast also has a dirty floor, lots of food scattered, and there is only 1 Waitress on duty, while there are 3 Waiters (males) I saw just talking and letting the Waiters collect dirty plates,, if there is no good management, to mutually improve the quality of food (COLD RICE, many are finished and not refilled) or employees, then in the long run HOTELS will be abandoned and choose newly built Hotels 🥲
